Machine Vices

  • Machine vices are clamping devices used to hold workpieces safely when operating machine tools such as drill presses or milling machines, etc., so that the operator does not hold the workpiece when drilling, milling, or similar operations are performed. The product can be used vertically or horizontally as required, enabling efficient tightening to prevent the workpiece from falling out.

Screw Support

  • Support screws are screws that support the gripping of workpieces with irregular surfaces or irregular shapes. They can be used to conveniently support connecting devices such as clamps for various workpieces. There are various designs of support screws to choose from to cover the appropriate usage.

Stud Bolt

  • Stud bolts are relatively long rods with threads on both ends, designed to hold jigs and tools to workbenches to fix the workpiece. They are usually made of steel and have a durable black finish, making them highly resistant to wear and distortion.

Tool for Press Machine

  • A tool for press machine is a machine tool that changes the shape of a workpiece by applying pressure. It is often used in hydraulic, pneumatic and mechanical presses to produce sheet metal parts in large quantities. Press tools are generally classified according to the type of operation performed by the tool, such as stamping, punching, bending, shaping, forging, or trimming, etc.

Clamping Nuts

  • Locknut is used for rotating parts, especially for reversible shafts, e.g. for fixing grinding wheels. Its compact structure ensures safe operation and enables quick installation using a round head sliding pin wrench.

Clamping Washers

  • Locking washers are devices used with nuts that have a circular shape for a secure grip, helping to make assembly stronger. They also prevent nuts from loosening and are not affected by vibrations from workpieces or bolts because they are highly resistant to wear and cracking.

Drill Sockets

  • Tapered sleeve extension rod is a long shank socket used to connect to a tapered shank drill bit to change or connect the size of a standard drill bit. It is mostly made of molybdenum and chromium alloy steel with an outer surface coating to increase strength and also has a polished surface for beauty.

Drill Chuck

  • Drill chucks for machines are devices used to hold drill bits or other cutting tools on the spindle of a machine tool and are available in keyed, keyless or hybrid systems, which allow quick change of drill bits. Thus, drill chucks make it possible to work with high precision on professional drilling machines or lathes.

Lathe Chuck / Jaw

  • Lathe Chuck / Jaw is used for holding the workpiece on the lathe accurately. It can be held with the workpiece by the jaws or by wearing a steel with a circular serrated surface on the lathe chuck for securing the work during the turning operation. There are many types to choose from according to suitability.
