BN1000
- SUMIBORON grade for high speed turning with best wear resistance. Provides excellent tool life in continuous and interrupted cutting. Provides improved fracture resistance and increased wear resistance. Increased strength and heat resistance with high quality TiCN ceramic binder.
BN2000
- General purpose grade, suitable for turning all types of hardened steel. Provides stable tool life from continuous cutting to light to medium interruption cutting. Provides excellent fracture and wear resistance. By using high quality ceramic binders, improved performance is achieved. Produces a smooth, uniform surface for increased edge sharpness.
