Plate Type Rubber Casters

• The metal wheels are well designed and have a special feature of having a star mark (registered product design). The rotating and turning part has 2 layers of ball bearings, making it turn smoothly.

Noise Reducing Caster

• Noise-reducing wheels, which are mostly made of soft rubber material, can absorb and disperse shock well, thus helping to reduce noise and reduce vibration caused by noise of trolleys and equipment, smooth and quiet movement, making them suitable for medical use. They are also suitable for use in public places.

Urethane Caster with Plate

• Polyurethane casters with steel plate are excellent products with high toughness, good resistance to corrosion and oil, and come in a variety of designs for different applications and environments. ESD-Safe Casters

• Anti-static casters are conductive casters with metal fittings. As the casters roll over a surface, an electrical charge is generated. Static electricity then flows through the ESD material and is discharged onto the conductive surface, as opposed to being transferred through carts and transport materials. ESD casters are therefore ideal for carts used in manufacturing facilities that are susceptible to static electricity, such as computer chips, circuit boards and other electronic devices that require static protection. ESD casters do not scratch the surface and help reduce the amount of pressure or pull required for cart movement.

Resin Caster with Plate

• Resin casters with steel bases are impact resistant and resistant to oil and other chemicals. They come with steel bases on fixed and swivel heads and are available in a variety of colours. Some models also feature locking brakes and provide a smooth, slick motion that won’t scratch the surface they are moving over.

Shock Absorbing Casters

Resin Caster with Screw

• Resin caster with swivel screw is a caster made of resin material and the ball is attached to the frame with a screw thread to increase strength, so it can support the weight well and facilitate rotation in all directions. It is quiet, no noise and does not leave marks on the surface to be dirty. Some models have a locking system to ensure the safety of the user.

Low Profile Caster

Stem Casters
